Dear Our Valued Customers,
Beginning April 1st , 2024, we will be implementing a fee for Bridal appointments and our esteemed Bridal Experience. In order to continue providing you with the highest level of service and attention, we have found it necessary to introduce a fee of $100 for these offerings due to the frequent late notice cancelations. (This does not apply to prom and moms appointments)
This fee will help us ensure that each appointment will attend the appointment and will receive the dedicated time and expertise needed to make your experience truly exceptional and will be deducted form the purchase. Beacuse we have one “Bridal Dressing Room”, and 267 Bridal Gown Samples, it’s important to use the time and space wisely.
